Key changes:

• Changes in the delivery of the assessment material has been taken into account. The Finnish Accreditation Service FINAS does not forward the customer's material to the assessor group, instead the customer takes care of the delivery of the material by the delivery method of the customer's choice.
• The Finnish Accreditation Service FINAS follows a data management plan for archiving documents related to the accreditation process, which defines the documents to be archived. However, FINAS and members of the assessor group will destroy the assessment material, submitted for the assessment process, at the latest after the end of the appeal period of the accreditation decision. FINAS must have access to the assessment material in the client's system during the appeal period.
